Important Notice Regarding Customer-Supplied Parts
Please be advised that any work performed using parts supplied by the customer is done entirely at the customer's risk. No warranty or guarantee will be provided on the parts, labour, or services associated with such installations.
We strongly caution against using parts sourced from the internet or unfamiliar suppliers, as these may be of inferior quality or even counterfeit. In the interest of safety and performance, we reserve the right to reject or replace any customer-supplied part with one of our recommended, high-quality alternatives.
If a customer-supplied part is found to be faulty, incompatible, or incorrect after installation, it will need to be removed. This process may incur significant labour time and cost, for which the customer will be fully responsible. Additionally, if the correct part is not immediately available, the vehicle may remain stationary in our workshop, potentially delaying other scheduled work.
Please note that our workshop space is limited. If a vehicle occupies a service bay while waiting for a replacement part, standard hourly labour charges will apply for the duration of that waiting period.

Completion of work
Vehicle Collection Notice
A daily storage fee of £20 will apply to all vehicles not collected upon completion of work. If you anticipate any issues with collecting your vehicle on time, kindly inform us at the time of booking.
Requested work
Please ensure that all work requirements are clearly communicated at the time of booking. On the day of the repair or service, we may not be able to accommodate additional requests.
