Non-Refundable Deposit, Payment for Parts Ordered and Cancellation Policy
Purpose
This policy sets out the terms under which payments and deposits are taken and retained for vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, or other booked work carried out by Lance Foster at Green and White LLP.
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure an appointment, reserve workshop time, and, where applicable, order parts or materials specific to the customer’s vehicle.
Payment for Parts
Where parts are required for a booking, payment for those parts may be required in full at the time of ordering. Parts ordered specifically for a customer’s vehicle are non-refundable, unless the supplier accepts a return or the parts are faulty. Lance Foster at Green and White LLP is not responsible for supplier refusal of refunds or restocking charges.
Cancellation Notice
Customers must provide a minimum of 48 working hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Working hours are defined as the normal business operating hours, Monday to Friday, of Lance Foster at Green and White LLP and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Non-Refundable Deposits
If cancellation or rescheduling notice is not received within 48 working hours, the deposit will be retained in full and will not be refunded. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation without notice, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Acknowledgement
By making a booking and paying a deposit, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Policy Review
This policy may be amended from time to time.
